3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.3 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Odds and Price Changes

If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the new odds will apply. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds will not be changed.

5.3 Match Cancellations

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. For multi-bets, the cancelled event will be removed and the remaining selections recalculated.

6.1 VIP Levels

The bk8 VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. Reaching a higher level depends on overall activity.

6.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is calculated by applying the applicable rate to the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold-level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

6.3 Cashback Conditions

• Cashback is paid once per week.
• If the VIP level changes, the new rate will apply from the following week.
• Cashback will not be paid while an account is suspended.
